Marc Grow MPT | Middleton PT
MARC GROW, MPT

Marc Grow, MPT is an Idaho native; he and his wife both grew up in Meridian. After starting his own successful therapy practice in Elko NV, he and his family decided to move back to the Treasure Valley to be closer to extended family. They wanted to live in a small town that reminded them of their Meridian roots, and settled on Middleton. Marc sold his practice in Nevada, and he and his family have now lived in Middleton for 9 years. He opened Parma Physical Therapy in 2015 and has enjoyed serving the people in the Parma area. He is grateful for the opportunity to expand and open another physical therapy practice in his hometown of Middleton.

Marc graduated magna cum laude from the University of Saint Augustine, FL in 2000. He now has over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist and over 12 years of experience as a business owner. Middleton Physical Therapy is the third clinic Marc has opened, and he looks forward to providing exceptional, personalized care to the Middleton community. In his free time, Marc enjoys being with his family and spending time in the great outdoors of Idaho. He and his wife, Cindy, have been happily married for more than 25 years and feel their greatest blessings are their wonderful children.

CARY HUBERT | Middleton PT
CARY HUBERT, MPT

After receiving a Master of Physical Therapy Degree in 1994 from Idaho State University, Cary and her husband Derik, both Idaho natives, moved to the Treasure Valley for Derik to complete his education at BSU. They fell in love with the area and have made it their home, living first in Caldwell and more recently the Middleton area where their 3 youngest children have attended Middleton schools.  They enjoy the great sense of community that Middleton offers, and Cary is excited to have a bigger part in the community.

Cary has spent her entire career as a physical therapist working in the Treasure Valley in a variety of settings providing both orthopaedic and neurological care to patients of all ages. She loves working one-on-one with patients helping them achieve their goals of improved strength, function, and mobility with less pain.

When she’s not working, Cary enjoys spending time with her growing family, which currently includes 2 daughters, 3 sons, 2 sons-in-law, and the 2 cutest granddaughters ever!

Mark Tuft, Middleton PT
Mark Tuft, PTA

Mark Tuft is a native-born Idahoan with deep family roots in the Treasure Valley. Originally, he got his start in the Physical Therapy world as a technician in 2008, then immediately fell in love with the daily positive impact that therapy brings to an individual’s life. This led Mark to pursue a Physical Therapist Assistant degree, graduating from Carrington College in 2014 as part of the 3rd PTA class ever in Southwestern Idaho. Currently living with his wife Bekah, and their two sons in Nampa, Mark enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, camping, fishing, watching basketball/football, and especially off-roading with his Jeep. Mark has a great passion for helping patients improve their well-being and overall physical health through a personalized and compassionate approach.
