Marc Grow MPT | Middleton PT
MARC GROW, MPT

Marc Grow, MPT is an Idaho native; he and his wife both grew up in Meridian. After starting his own successful therapy practice in Elko NV, he and his family decided to move back to the Treasure Valley to be closer to extended family. They wanted to live in a small town that reminded them of their Meridian roots, and settled on Middleton. Marc sold his practice in Nevada, and he and his family have now lived in Middleton for 9 years. He opened Parma Physical Therapy in 2015 and has enjoyed serving the people in the Parma area. He is grateful for the opportunity to expand and open another physical therapy practice in his hometown of Middleton.

Marc graduated magna cum laude from the University of Saint Augustine, FL in 2000. He now has over 20 years of experience as a physical therapist and over 12 years of experience as a business owner. Middleton Physical Therapy is the third clinic Marc has opened, and he looks forward to providing exceptional, personalized care to the Middleton community. In his free time, Marc enjoys being with his family and spending time in the great outdoors of Idaho. He and his wife, Cindy, have been happily married for more than 25 years and feel their greatest blessings are their wonderful children.

John Siler, MPT

John graduated from Idaho State University in 2023 and has since gained valuable experience in acute care, long term care, and outpatient treatment. With a passion for helping people regain their smiles and return to their favorite activities, he brings enthusiasm and dedication to every patient interaction.

Exposure to physical therapy began in high school, where injuries on the wrestling team led to a positive experience with the school’s athletic training department and practical experience in the sports medicine course. He has experience working as a therapy tech as well as in the social work industry, helping individuals with disabilities better access the community. He hopes to gain further valuable training focusing on manual massage techniques and vestibular/concussion management.

Outside of work, John enjoys a variety of hobbies, including playing the trumpet, biking, kayaking, and Dutch oven cooking. These activities not only provide personal joy but also inspire him to bring creativity and energy to patient care.
